Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times after shipment:

• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Carriers We ship via USPS / UPS / FedEx (update with whichever you use).

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

International Shipping At this time, we ship within the United States only. (Or: We do ship internationally — duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.)

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at 11aboudy@gmail.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Note: IF AN ORDER TAKES LONGER THEN USUAL… the product may have been out of stock so we make sure the order stays unfulfilled until the product has restocked this way, we make sure order still gets shipped out immediately when back in stock.
